For a group of companies, an overview takes hours of Excel. Radar Firma shows every company on one screen, with each partner merged by tax ID.
Tax risks surface only during an inspection
Partners that became inactive, invoices not sent to SPV, VAT that does not add up: the app flags them while they can still be corrected.
YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU
No cloud, no online account, no server of ours
Radar Firma is installed on one computer in your company network and reads WinMENTOR Enterprise through its official REST interface. There is no central server holding client data and no online account the figures pass through.
Read-only
It does not write to or change anything in WinMENTOR. It cannot damage production data.
Nothing installed on workstations or the server
One program, on one computer. No ports are opened to the internet.
Internet only for public checks
ANAF, VIES, the Trade Register and the BNR exchange rate, plus licensing and updates. Only tax IDs leave the network.
An explanation for every figure
Every indicator explains how it was calculated. The explanation assistant runs locally, with no external artificial intelligence.
Three packages, matched to what each department needs
Each package includes the one before it. Sales can work on Operațional and accounting on Audit, for the same companies.
Pricing
The licence is a one-time purchase and includes installation. The monthly subscription brings new versions, legislative updates, new checks and support.

- Prices in EUR, excluding VAT, invoiced in RON at the BNR exchange rate on the invoice date.
- The licence is perpetual, per company (tax ID) and per computer. A second computer for the same companies: −50% on the licence and the subscription.
- Without a subscription, the app keeps working with the version you have; the subscription can be resumed at any time.
- Moving to a larger package or edition: you pay only the difference.
- Installation is included in the licence; we do it remotely or on site, as agreed with you. Custom development: €45/hour, or a 10-hour pack for €399, valid for 12 months.

The 30-day trial
We install the app on the chosen computer, connected to WinMENTOR Enterprise. The trial licence, with every module, arrives automatically from the app.

The licence
After the trial, we activate the paid licence for the chosen package, remotely, with no file transfers.

Setup
Companies, bank accounts, optionally the SPV token and email monitoring. Remote or on site.

Updates
With an active subscription, new versions install with one click. Your settings and data are left untouched.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work with WinMENTOR CLASSIC?
No. Radar Firma reads data through the WinMENTOR Enterprise REST interface, so it requires WinMENTOR Enterprise.
Does anything change in WinMENTOR?
No. The app only reads, through the official interface. It does not write to the database and requires no change to the ERP.
Who can see the data?
Only whoever works at the computer the app is installed on. There is no online account and no server of ours the data passes through.
What happens if I do not renew the subscription?
The app keeps working with the version you have. You stop receiving new versions and legislative updates; you can resume them at any time by reactivating the subscription.
We are a group of companies with shared accounting.
Choose Multi or Multi Max, depending on the number of tax IDs. Every page totals the whole group and shows the company next to each partner.
Sales should not see the audit.
The sales computer gets an Operațional licence and the accounting computer an Audit licence, for the same companies. A second computer is 50% off.
Can I see the app first?
Yes. We show you an online demo on a fictitious company with simulated data, and then you can try it for 30 days on your own company’s data.
